NAPKINS Catering and Event Planning is a graduate of the San Francisco City College Culinary Arts program and has over 20 years of high-end restaurant experience. His preference for food with visual impact is a result of his food-styling experience. His work was featured in such publications as The Wine Spectator, Solano Magazine and Mens Fitness magazines where Skot displayed his passion for artistic presentation. “I believe that the process of eating begins with your eyes. Taste is important, but I like the “Wow” factor that the visual provides. The amazing array of food choices I find at local farmers markets and the legendary Berkeley Bowl inspire our seasonal menus.”
